RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for store credit only. A receipt is required to receive store credit. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt. Please note plants are final sale.

 
 
 

PAYMENT

Home + Hound is a cashless retail shop. Accepted methods of payment include debit and credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover in addition to Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

Why cashless? Because it’s more sustainable. Reducing trips to the bank means one less car on the road and allows us an opportunity to be a little kinder to the planet. It’s also the future of retail as many forward-thinking businesses are going cashless. Plus, with nobody holding up the line by counting exact change, it creates a faster checkout experience. And finally, as a cashless shop, our operations are streamlined. If you’re anything like us, you would rather be spending more time with our dog and less time accounting too.

 
 
 

SALES TAX
